Tukufu Zuberi was recently awarded the Cathedra IEAT/FUNDEP chair by the Transdisciplinary Advanced Studies - IEAT. The IEAT was created in 1999 with the main purpose of favoring transdisciplinary studies at the Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (UFMG).
The Chairs are intended to promote the exchange between renowned researchers on the world stage and groups of researchers from UFMG. The purpose of IEAT is to highlight cutting edge, innovative international approaches with transdisciplinary potential. Professor Zuberi will occupy the Chair for two months.
